ND beats FSU twice fairly easily----finishes # 2 in the conference and gets a 5 seed and FSU gets a 3.
Then again the fact that they have them matched against Florida Gulf Coast in Orlando is a complete coincidence.
As I stated Thursday------Cuse was out.

And there it is Bac didn't take the old hack(Vitale) long to declare Syracuse belongs in the tournament. Man this is like an ACC jerkoff fest with this group of talking heads on Espn.
I had Cuse out, but the bubble around them determined that..once Rhody made their move and KSU and Vandy won games that was enough to make Cuse slide down the list.
ND and FSU both tied for 2nd
FSU had rpi of 13 to ND 23....better SOS and FSU had 11 top 50 wins compared to ND only 8....FSU had 16 top 100 wins compared to 13 for ND. Yes they beat them 2x out of 3 but rpi and SOS and wins against top 50 are big factors for seeding.
well this year he is wrong....ESPN and all the Cuse alums can suck it, they were thrown a bone last year, not so much this year. Kiss of death was all of them declaring Cuse a lock three weeks ago when they beat Duke...fools
This was maybe the easier bracket ever to predict. Odd seed is obviously Wisconsin at 8.
Only real issue I have is Kent State at 14 and Northern Kentucky at 15. I don't see how one takes Kent State over Northern Kentucky unless they are going out of their way to create the Kentucky vs Northern Kentucky thing

yes Northern Kentucky rpi way better than Kent State....does not seem to make sense....the MAC sure aint what it used to be
Wisconsin being the 8 was outrage of the day...perhaps they were slotting Michigan there and switched the two but still why is Maryland a 6...that is incredibly odd. Maryland should be an 8 to Wisky 6

Maybe they didn't like that Northern Kentucky got through their conference tourney without playing the 1,2, or 3 seeds
We deserved to get in this year, and we should have been ahead of both Usc and Wake this year.
People get too worked up over bad losses, you aren't playing bad teams in the tournament. Syracuse had 6 top 50 wins, Usc had 2, Wake had 3, and Syracuse beat Wake and finished ahead of them in the standings.
Wake had no losses outside top 100 and better SOS and actually beat a good team on the road. Cuse lost to Gtown, Ga Tech, St Johns, BC, and UConn....5 schools outside the top 100 and BC is the loss that takes the cake.
Did Wisconsin and Michigan just play 4 games in 4 nights? That's kind of ridiculous, they won't have anything left in the tank and could be out in round one !
