this is where you see its clear how the slobbering over the Pac 12 and Big 12 pushes schools from the Big 10 and schools like SHU and St Joes down.

So the Bozo's on the committee know there are games in Providence and schedule Providence to play on the same day. Not that it surprises me these guys are such a bunch of boobs

Glad to see the obnoxious Monmouth bench mob has to take their stupid act to the NIT

the NIT run might be more beneficial for them...alot of conference winners there..it wont be as many big names as usual. St Bonnies and Monmouth will both be top seeds so they wont meet until the Final 4 but I can see a Monmouth Princeton opening road tilt

Syracuse? Seriously?
F**k the NCAA committee

in fairness to them....they had some very good wins....Texas A&M, Notre Dame, at Duke, St Bonnies, UConn

i think the committee excused their loss to St Johns as it was during Boheim suspension. 5-9 vs top 50 and 8-10 vs top 100 is pretty good

I can't stand that logic. A player missing a game is okay...but the coach? That's bull you know what

st Bonnie with a 29 rpi and a Monmouth team with 27 wins deserve in easily address of the cuse

well I would blame Tulsa and Vandy moreso than Cuse with those schools..and Cuse did beat St Bona

How on earth is that their fault? You can't select teams as certain seeds just to allow fan bases to watch local teams if the city is hosting games as well.

Just curious why 2 of the play-in games earn an 11 seed instead of all playing for the 16 seed?

they split it up...they make the 4 worst automatic conference winners play 2 play in games and then take the last 4 at large qualifiers who will generally be seeded around the 11 line and make them play..makes it more interesting . The little guys and the major schools get the spotlight

The committee made some head scratching decisions . And screw CBS and turner for butchering the show.
I am not an ESPN fan by any means , but I think they would do a much better job with this tournament . I switched over to ESPN as fast as I could last night .

the worst is Barkley and the NBA guys..they simply do no belong on the show..I know why CBS does it but its a travesty. I wish ESPN would finally acquire the rights and show the games there and on ABC and do it properly

Why is it so hard to put them on a Friday and sunday. BTW the people that bought the tickets told me they were assured this would be done if it came down to it.

There's one 8/9 game that is on a Friday this year--are they really supposed to redo and change seedings in the bracket for something like that? I'm not sure how assurances like that could be made--sounds like some people just wanted to say anything to make people happy to get them to buy tickets.

Did I miss it or did they not have any of the coaches on that were from the bubble teams who didn't get selected like they usually do?
