I dunno I mean we got an AP and coaches poll where it's completely picked by humans and we still have questionable positions in that as well.

At the end of the day tho Jon is right..............there really isn't much a difference.

I still trust the human eye over the majority of metrics at this point, though.. even if that human eye has it's own biases. Some of these metrics had Kentucky woefully undervalued.. that even the pollsters, in their voting, said "Ok, we know Kentucky is better than that"

Jon I’m just saying, you take Barkeley and Issel and I promise you the selections would make sense for the first time in years.

Don’t know about that. I trust those guys to watch a particular team and evaluate them on a given night, but to expect anyone (or even a committee of basketball experts) to look at ALL teams in Division I through the course of a season and to make a educated decision as to which teams deserve to be invited and where they should be seeded is a huge stretch.

When you look at the computer models they overall do a very respectable job.
