I workout a lot and take pre-workout before... if I go over 24 hours without at least half the value of that scoop I start to get really bad headaches and notice cold like symptoms. Do I need to tone it down and ease off of it? Yes but that's besides the point. Point is that caffeine, sugar, whatever addiction is very real and anyone saying otherwise is in denial or ignorant.Caffeine addiction is interesting.
