Gonzaga has been to two championship games in 4 years. They’d be great in any conference and possibly better in a stronger league due to the money/recruiting boost

GU is not a physical team
We play hard, physical defensive ball and GU doesnt. They would struggle.

None of the big boy conferences are going to be interested in an Olympics-only school located out in the middle of nowhere.
Did Houston set non P5 conferences back 10 years +? Because they looked really bad vs Baylor just 2 days ago.

Depends. If you are holding your space and the attacking player trips over you, no. Think block/charge. You are entitled to your space as a defender
Neither is Duke which is why they struggle against certain styles if they are not over the top flat out better. Same with UCONN. They're soft (at least the last 3-4 years they've been soft). Calhoun's Huskies would bang, but they would have to because the Big East was a bunch of bangers.

Most of those matchups are early season when Gonzaga is resume building and the big teams are tuning up for conference play..
It still comes down to physicality and competition level in conference. Nothing prepares a team for the tourny than game after game playing against tourny quality teams..
