My accountant is Uber-conservative. Keeping the IRS outta my businesses is exponentially more important than toe-ing the line, as our very livelihood depends on it. IMHO.
Am not sure the same approach is as worthwhile trying to remain competitive as a football program in the NCAA. Just sayin…
We need to spend more. A LOT more, paying our athletes. Other teams have been doin it LONG before ‘legalization’ (NIL). We need to do better.
I’d propose elimination of NE’s state income tax, and replacing it with a 2% flat NIL tax for all working Nebraskans. Win-win.

interesting thoughtI know it is different now, with NIL, but to think that if you COULD have "cheated" but did not, that is insane.
