During the Rideout, FIx was called for stalling but reveresed on a review.
In the second Rideout, they called Ragusin for locking hands....game over

Fix would have had the riding time advantage and won.

On another note, can anyone remember why we didn't go after Kinner when he was transferring from OSU? The kids fighting for AA status and up 8-4 at 149.

riding time stops with locked hands so he would have lost on riding time

NO, they stop riding clock once he locks hands
