UH’s mindset based on Coach’s mindset. That’s not Pope’s baileywick (hard *** toughness). Not many coaches can match Sampson’s intensive coaching on defense. He has athletes with length and determination.
Which is why I said ( and have said) we need to get a a strength and conditioning coach to help make our guys tougher and in peak shape.
It's no coincidence both UT and Houston have studs in that department.

It can’t hurt to have someone solely focusing on putting serious girth on the players. Pope nearly used the football team for practice last year so why not. I don’t think it’s a bad idea

Do coaches still teach shooters to have their feet directly below their shoulders on a jumper? Nearly every 3pt shot I’ve seen, the shooters have one foot in front of the other.

It would also help in the injury department.
I know some may not necessarily agree with that, but I'm telling you a tougher body doesn't get bounced around as much/end up on the floor as much.
For sure it doesn't stop all injuries, but every thing positive in regards Kentucky should be about with our history of injuries/bad luck with injuries.

Ha, these officials have their orders and it’s to make sure Houston wins.

The stripes were looking for any reason to T up Florida.

Florida could have so easily been knocked out of this tournament against Uconn, and Maryland, and Auburn.. their sloppy and lackadaisical play is catching up to them. Houston aint gonna let them back in if this gets out of hand, they will railroad them.
