This ump’s strike zone is inconsistent! Sometimes he’s calling the corner pitches a strike and at others he’s calling it a ball. Got to be annoying as hell for the pitchers.

Glad you’ve got it back. Cards are having a 25-run hangover so far today. Pitching has been decent, but fielding isn’t sharp and this NC St pitcher fought through a shaky first inning and has been tough since.

Just got to sit down and watch. 6-1 Pack. That doesn’t look good. I was afraid the bats would come out stale today.

Seems like another disappointing loss is looming. Disappointing in the fact thr are once again giving up walks, wild pitches and committing errors. Sort of like they were not dialed in today. Still 4 innings to get some runs; but, giving up so many runs because of mistakes just can’t keep happening.

The pressure this staff and today’s defense puts on the offense is ridiculous. They have to score 8-10 runs a game. That is crazy

This may very well be a brutal stretch with WKU and Clemson.

Well, boys I am outta here. Time for this old man to get a walk in and get on the Stairmaster. I am really concerned we could go 0-4 next 4 games. WKU will be a challenge, and Clemson is a legit national championship club.

It's so frustrating. How can a team score 25 runs and then the next day score just one? It's not like the Cards faced a # 1 Ace today.

It also doesn’t help that way too many of your relief pitchers can’t throw bloody strikes.

Shart the bed. Sometimes the pitching has to carry the offense on an off day.

On another note,our offense has feasted on mediocre pitching. They've struggled against the best ACC guys.

That series loss to NC State isn’t looking so bad now … they just swept Clemson and are sitting at the top of the ACC standings at 15-6.’

Wish we could get that Friday night game back with the Wolfpack. We'd likely be around 12-13 right now as we get into the homestrech of regular season play.
