It’s basically what it was under Roe. For the rape/incest, I can see a major loophole there. IMO, a police report would need to accompany that just to limit the false accusation of rape. We’ve seen the left totally willing to falsify rape allegations.

3 months to decide if you want a baby ? How slow can a person be ? 5 months to think about if you want a baby your daddy drop up in ya ? I just think once you know your pregnant a decision could and should be made pretty quick.
But it does seem to be a middle ground for both normal thinking sides . I would vote for this . Even though I don't personally believe in abortion except rape/incest or mother's life .
