I would believe that if he didn't have 10 other games identical to the one against K-State. After so long it becomes the norm. I think he could be really good next year for us if he decides to use his athletic ability and drive to the rim. But in order to do that, he has to improve his jumpshot from the outside to open up driving lanes.

He had a horrible season no doubt. But he started to come on at the end. I think had we won, he would have been poised to break out. Being saddled with fouls and a turned ankle didn't help

If that's the case, UK is easily one of, if not the favorite next year. A lot will depend on who becomes THE alpha dog player.

PJ is the Alpha
Quade Green
Immanuel Quickley
Jamarl Baker
Tyler Herro
Keldon Johnson
P.J. Washington
Wenyen Gabriel
Jarred Vanderbilt
Nick Richards
Sasha Killeya-Jones

This would be barring nobody transfers and nobody else signs.

That's actually what I see happening with the possibility of Diallo coming back. I just feel Diallo hurt himself more this year by showing his glaring weaknesses.
Would love to see Quickley and Diallo as our starting guards next year with Quade backing up Quickley. Otherwise who starts at the 2?

We were one of the favorites this year. I'll wait to see how they perform on the floor.
