Who are some of the best role , blue collar or support players of all-time in the NBA. They can be starters of course but many could come of the bench. Not a Laker fan by no means but I think Kurt Rambis fit the role. So many others we can name. It's off season so we need some things to discuss. OFC

All of the Golden State Warriors from 2015-2018 not named Seth Curry, Klay Thompson or Kevin Durant.

Bill Walton late in his career with the Celtics
Shane Battier where ever he played

like that you picked Walton. He was so important to the Celtics while he was there. Just came in and did what was ask of him. I know that Walton gets on a lot of peoples nerves but he was the most fundamentally sound pure center I've ever seen play the game . He would block a shot, catch it and get the outlet pass for fast breaks. What a shame his career was saddled by injuries. OFC

Saw him crying on the news this morning, Dennis Rodman.
I saw his temper tantrum Trump rebuttal or either he's been called back to whichever outer space planet he's from but Horace Grant has to be considered.

And an all time douche bag. Would be embarrassed to have someone like him on Duke’s roster.
Typically I refrain from making such statements, but I’m with you. He acts like everyone is out to get him, but in reality he’s just a bully and a narcissist. Draymond has game but sucks as a human.

Out of curiosity, I looked it up. Here is a game from March 17th that all three of those guys missed. Draymond had 25 pts, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, and shot 50% from the field and 50% from 3. I'm no Draymond fan, but there's no denying he's an excellent role player.

No debate about his personality. It does help with the job he plays though. He is just great. Probably some players from the 70’s we don’t know of.

Yeah, Duke has had their share of unlikable players. We all know who they are. One just graduated. Although, as a Duke fan, I absolutely loved him.

Craig Hodges.

Kevin Johnson. He wasn't really a role player....he was a stud. But I think he was underrated throughout his career.

Udonis Haslem. He played for the Miami Heat before they even had a franchise.

Manu Ginobili. Could be one of the more easy players to hate the last two decades. I'll take him on my team seven days a week and twice on Sunday's.

The worst I saw was Bill Laimbeer, come to think of it,that was a nasty Piston's team, also featuring Rick Mahorn,Dennis Rodman and the always loveable Isiah Thomas, you always had to have your mouthguard in when playing these guys.

Ummmm we’ve had plenty on Duke’s roster. Point being, their not considered “all time douche bags” if they are on your team. He’s a selfless player who plays his role perfectly imo!
Douche Bag Green is now 28 -- yes 28 -- years old. Tell me one former Duke player that acted anywhere near the level of Draymond "You would never have heard about me if I got drafted by a ****** franchise" Green at the same age.

PS. As a Duke grad, I have some skin in this game. If a player embarrasses my alma mater, I'll call him out. That being said, there is only 1 Duke player in the last 35 years who has truly embarrassed me.

PPS. It's "they're" not "their"

Sorry I struck a nerve. I get enough whining with my wife and daughter at home so try and keep that off of here. Toughen up, it’s okay to have differing opinions.

Draymond Green:
3 X NBA champion
3 X all star
DPOY
NBA all 2nd team
NBA all 3rd team
NBA steals leader

Do some research before spouting off
