In non-finals news: GSW is said to be avoiding Anthony Edward's with the 2nd pick citing questions over his lack of enthusiasm and willingness to win. Lamelo, took himself out of interviews and ended indovidual workouts, or something along those lines.

Yikes.

Honestly, what a crapshoot of a draft.
What exactly did Edward's do in college that he's a potential #1 pick? Wouldn't Wiseman be the best pick for the GSW? The last couple of years they needed a solid center to replace Bogut.

I'm willing to cut Irving some slack because I don't think he's often capable of realizing how odd his behavior is. My degrees ain't in a medical field, but over the years there's been a lot of speculation that he has some mental health issues. And if he does, considering some of his highly unconventional views on science, I wouldn't be surprised if he refuses to take medication (and it's not like the NBA's going to lift a finger to help him, although the league has recently gotten a little better at addressing the mental health of its players).
So you're saying a guy with mental issues was voted in as Vice President of the National Basketball Players Association?

Doesn’t matter if Dragic comes back or not, he’ll be so ineffective with that injury that he’ll probably hurt the Heat more by playing than sitting. This series is over unless LeBron or AD get hurt and have to miss games. If both Bam and Dragic are out tonight, there’s no point in watching it unless you want to see the Lakers commit a felony beat down on National TV.

yeah, but that's a good thing for NBA. If they had a legit draft...GSW would have had another dynasty.

I also don't get the team being down on bigs either. Just look at this year's playoff. Bigs been BIG in this play off, (Davis, Jokic, Bam, and even guy like Dwight).

If James Workman works out, GSW would be the favorite once they are fully healthy.

It’s the traditional bigs that are stuck to the paint and can’t dominate at least one end of the court that are typically the problem.

Lebron has only ever won on super teams with 2 other surefire hall of fame players beside him. This year will be the only time he has only one although ad is the best player he has played with. Lebron knows about super teams is all im saying.
Everybody gets into the NBA hall of fame, so maybe this turns out to be right, but saying "sure fire" when referring to Chris Bosh and Kevin Love feels like a stretch. Plus, Wade was definitely not prime Wade after that first season.

Lakers up 8 already. Im a lakers fan and even I find this boring.

Yeah it's almost like if Lakers are expected to win now. There's no drama right now. Top 2 player is on one team. The problem is there's no top 15 player on the other team.

Honestly as soon as the clippers choked I 99.99% expected lakers to win but as we know anything can happen in sports. Lakers are jist screwing around 2nite and jacking up 3s.

Pretty much either Lebron or AD alone can actually win this series...

They need BAM/Dragic back at 100% to have any chance to win 1/2 games against AD/Lebron.

Right now they are playing, "not get injured style." aka jacking up threes.

BTW, I believe Rondo is the top 6 all-time in playoff assists.

Wonder if he can stay with the Lakers for 2 more seasons!

Lakers role players didn't step up tonight. Not to mention the Heat has made 26 straight free throws.

Heat has played in spurts of urgency.

Jimmy Butler balled out and if anyone cares go watch his interview on Youtube "Hot Ones Jimmy Butler" he has a great personality and I have way more respect for him.

I might be over thinking it but Lebron at times in this 4th quarter seems to be trying to rack up MVP stats instead of focusing on getting it to AD.

Lebron is that one player you know is looking at his stats each and every second lol
