They heard all the 60+ year olds here, whining about the high scores, lack of quality individuals like Bill Laimbeer and tried to throw them a bone. But they complained about something else, instead. Probably the rainbow on the jerseys. Can't have that.
Murray hasn't looked the same since running into Ingles. No burst or acceleration at all. I wonder if he tweaked the hamstring that was bothering him
He and Mitchell have to be absolutely spent, too. I can't recall the last time I've seen a series like this, with two guys going at each other like this.
Jokic has stepped up for Murray’s fatigue. Jamaal was due for an off night, but I didn’t think he would be this off! He must have tweaked it somewhat

Wow. Some finish there. Nuggets may have been better backing that ball out at the end (still should have made the layup) and it nearly cost them. Great sportsmanship from Jamal consoling/helping up Mitchell.
Conley missed the shot. Mitchell had his arms in the air anticipating he'd make it.
Really cool moment with Murray and Mitchell there. All respect and a legendary duel all series long between those guys
And for as miniscule as it may be, it always helps when Kentucky players are in the playoffs. Murray gets another 4-5 games to represent UK and Coach Cal.
Well, yeah. He still went to Louisville. But I do respect the series he played and do like that Jamal was very classy in consoling him and helping him up after a very hard fought battle.
Thats as good as its gets for a first round series. No way they get legs back before Thursday. Thats fun and the respect Donavan and Jamal showed at the end was awesome.Thats the NBA Future if things go normal and it will be a good entertainment.

Hopefully more. Jamal and Jokic especially, along with the rest of the Nuggets, better watch out for Marcus Morris in that series. I see no reason why he wouldn't try playing dirty with them like he was with Doncic.
Hopefully Murray will be okay going into the next round . As a few stated he didn’t look right after he collided with Ingles .

Unfortunately, I think Denver used quite a few of it's 9 lives this series. Still, I hope someone chucks the ball at Morris face, point blank.
Beverley has shown in the past with Westbrook that he's not above going for people's legs and knees. I don't know if he'll be back from injury though.
And then there's Marcus Morris
Jamal needs to be in Games 1 and 4-6 mode for the Nuggets to have a shot to win that series. Gotta expect Leonard and George will get theirs, although George was pretty awful in 4 of their 6 games against Dallas.
The problem is.. it's Leonard and George now, not Mitchell. When it comes to defense.. Jamal is going from the Triple A to the majors. The Clippers beat the **** out of Luka. Almost literally.
I'm hoping. Can't stand the Clippers at the moment. I hope Morris has a career ending compound fracture.
Jerami Grant played soooo awful last night, and he almost cost them the series.
I expect Denver and Murray to be as flat as a pancake in game #1 but they've proven me wrong before.

Both calls at the end were awful. Sad to see the stripes affect a playoff outcome like that.
Honestly, the outcome was correct. The Middleton 3 shouldn’t have been a foul and then the Heat would have won anyways. But I agree that it’s a pathetic way to end the game and one of the worst finishes to a basketball game I’ve seen.
