Good for him hopefully he makes the team
The more I look at it, the more I like his chances. He was basically their first round pick this year and they say they really like him. Their GM stated that they thought about moving up to get him but the way the draft shook out they were pretty sure they would get him at 45. They love his ability to guard multiple positions on defense. If he can consistently score in the summer league, I think he'll make the roster.

I don’t think that Roby is a typical second rounder. Like Dingle said, he was Dallas only pick and I think they will give him time to develop because they see something there.

All in all, Roby may have landed at the best spot possible for him to make a roster. No first rounder coupled with the retirement of a big doesn't hurt. Dallas signed a center but I don't think they brought in anybody else with Roby's profile.

I think we all want them to be successful. I'll say it. If they are it'll only show how inept our coaching was. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings.

That's all

^^ Palmer easily led game in highlights ^^
Saw him change his mind at the rim and pass out to an open guy who hit a 3. Something he would not have done once in a million years under Miles. No idea where that consistent looking 3 point stroke came from either. I was not as impressed with his defense, but offense looked great.
