Good for him hopefully he makes the teamRoby had 14 for the Mavericks. It made the ESPN scroll for the stat highlight of the game.
The more I look at it, the more I like his chances. He was basically their first round pick this year and they say they really like him. Their GM stated that they thought about moving up to get him but the way the draft shook out they were pretty sure they would get him at 45. They love his ability to guard multiple positions on defense. If he can consistently score in the summer league, I think he'll make the roster.Good for him hopefully he makes the team
Nice to know, I didn’t realize that, thanks for the infoI don’t think that Roby is a typical second rounder. Like Dingle said, he was Dallas only pick and I think they will give him time to develop because they see something there.
All in all, Roby may have landed at the best spot possible for him to make a roster. No first rounder coupled with the retirement of a big doesn't hurt. Dallas signed a center but I don't think they brought in anybody else with Roby's profile.Nice to know, I didn’t realize that, thanks for the info
He is 6-12 right now with 17 points. Also 4-6 behind the arcPalmer looking good tonight.
I was critical of Palmer at times, but man I hope he makes it in the pros.Palmer looking good tonight.
