I'm happy for him, but he should have come back. He won't last long in the league without major improvements.

That’s just weird dude. It’s one thing to say “damn KJ clearly made a mistake “ but to... be happy and relish in it? A former UK guy? It’s just a little dramatic. Remember he’s, 19 years old. How old are you?
Didn’t say I was happy. Just think it’s hilarious that these guys listen to whomever and then think they are the greatest. Now he has to put in work. Hope he falls to a good team.

Happy for him. Hope it works out. If he had done the PJ thing, could have been Top 15 next year. Got some bad advice somewhere.

I like the landing spot for KJ. I think the Spurs are the perfect organization to develop him and keep him focused on being a professional. I could easily see KJ getting caught up in all the peripheral stuff with NBA life and washing out of the league. The Spurs should prevent that.

I hate it for keldon.. but i pretty sure this would happen.

Bad thing is, i dont know if hes ready, even with an axe to grind, to make these teams pay.

He was the perfect example of someone who could have played one more year and made millions of dollars more.

I mea, jesus, its not like kentucky is some crap hole no fun place.. still feel bad for him and hope he proves everyone wrong.

My thoughts exactly.

Happy for Keldon, but boy did he cut it close!!

He could have come back to UK and went up probably at least 15 spots and made a whole lot more money. But he did go to an organization that is great to it's players and loves hard workers.

Wish him the very best!

Dang. Bol Bol invited to the green room only to be crapped on. Shame.

Happy for Porter though.

Yep. Lots of foreign picks have thrown a lot of wrenches in the works.

That’s shameful. “Hi. Let’s invite you to be embarrassed on worldwide television.”

And if that’s really true about the Cavs, it really shows what a **** hole that city and its teams are. 50 more years of suckage be upon you.

Wait, what is going on? What happened with the cavs? I’m not able to watch, just following here in the thread.

Keldon just became a multi-millionaire over the next 2 years at the least. How that can be called the wrong decision Ill never know or understand. It's always up to the player on what kind of 2nd contract they get. Keldon has a chance to be wildly rich. Good for him.

He was a 1st round pick..he wasnt sent to Croatia. For reference Jimmy butler was the 30th pick. There will be high picks that suck and later picks that do well. It's up to him.

Luckily he got sent to an organization that will get the maximum out if him by just playing in their system.

Apparently everybody and their brother thought he was going to Cleveland. Several media outlets were already reporting it and even ESPN was at Keldon’s table ready to talk to him about it. Cleveland then Apparently changed their mind and shafted KJ.

Shafted KJ? Or thought there was a better option?

Yeah, Twitter doesn't know ****.
Sham and WOJ normally get the pick right and they always announce before the actual pick.
I’m not sure if they had KJ going to Cleveland but if they did it’s pretty obvious they just changed their mind
