At least the hootercam can focus on the Navy fans filling up half of the East side

Forecast I just looked at showed 55 for a high and 20% chance of rain.

That would be very acceptable to me

East side will be more full than most of our games this year. Navy will move 2,000 or so Midshipmen for the game and the service academies always have huge followings. Friends of mine (4 generations of Navy service) bought about 25 tickets.

God bless you & your Navy friends, Bla. I'm 2nd gen USN(1966-70) & my Dad was a Gunner's Mate on the USS Downes @ Pearl on 12/07/1941. You might want to google the Downes & what it looked like about one hour after the 2nd attack. Anyway, if he were alive, both he & I would be rooting for a one point TU win. As it is, the Middies will prolly (ground) pound us into submission like they've done to everyone else. Let's hope the New Mex win halfway prepares us for what Navy brings & that Keenan Reynolds graduates this year. Sorry all you Army personnel out there but it's going to be 13(maybe 14) years in a row on Dec. 12. TU Football: 1st,last,always!

Maybe its too late, but I bet someone could make a lot of money selling some caps at the game with "USS Tulsa" on it.

It was reported by the TW recently that the Navy has requisitioned the building of a new Navy combat vessel named the "USS Tulsa".

I'll be there! On the east side in a chair with a seat-back sporting my TU windbreaker! Even if we lose, the product on the field is fun to watch (on offense mind you... Defense is torture) and we're playing much better opponents than we did when we were in C-USA. I'm bringing a busty OU fan to the game to help "fill" the stadium.

Well I haven't gotten her a TU shirt yet, but I did convince her to buy an Edmonton Oilers shirt lol. She took this pic so I could use it on the Edmonton Oilers message board. Yes, I'm Canadian, but I grew up in Tulsa went to TU for my MBA and it's always been home for me. I'd move back there if Oklahoma didn't have state taxes and a crap-*** economy. Someone wanna tell me how to attach a damn picture in this goofy *** forum? I got my master's from TU, so this is a damning indictment of this forum not seeing an "attach image" function.

I smell a fake pic coming. Bet its the famous pic of Pamela Anderson in her Edmonton shirt. I've spent plenty of time looking at that pic.
