Receivers foot hit the defender laying out of bounds. I'm shocked it wasn't overturned. Lol.

Hawaii produces some great QBs. Hopefully Frost can get a pipeline going after working with Milton and Mariota.

Yes, I think so. Just because a defender trying to tackle a ball carrier is out of bounds, doesn't mean the ball carrier is out.

Whether his heel touched the line or not is a tougher call. I think that was going to stand as called on the field, just because it was too close to overturn.
