National Title Rematch Game Thread

[57stratdawg]

Hump looks packed. Heck of a turnout.

[57stratdawg]

Full court press to start from Vic.

[57stratdawg]

Well, we have no answer for Wilson

[TBone.sixpack]

Uh oh

[msstate7]

Well, we have no answer for Wilson

Looks like a rerun

[Seinfeld]

I get that she’s a great player, but Wilson just seems to dominate MSU unlike any other team all year. We have no answer for her

[BulldogBlitz]

Make these damn refs decide if they will call USC for a foul. Drive drive drive

[karlchilders.sixpack]

Need to keep that stupid **** off, have a game to watch

[BillyKid88]

I’d hope our coaches would never make a fool of themselves in a hotel hallway

[TBone.sixpack]

As someone that travels for a living and stays in hotels. 17 that inconsiderate B.

[Msubulldogfan1]

The hump is almost undecognizeable. It’s loud as hell when it’s packed and hyped. The girls have earned it, but it’s a shame the men can’t get a crowd like this.

That said, looks like we’re kinda tight and USCe is playing loose

[Seinfeld]

I don’t know what the deal is with McCowan, but I’ve seen her miss enough point blank shots in the last week to last a career

[TBone.sixpack]

Looks like they continue to be an awful match up for us.

All the hype may overpressure our gals.

Still, they need to get it to her more in the post. We don’t have anybody that can guard Wilson, they don’t have anybody to guard McCowan.

[thekimmer]

We are putrid offensively

Hump looks packed. Heck of a turnout.

Bloody awful

[Msubulldogfan1]

I don’t get why we aren’t going to the post at all.

[Philly Dawg]

Wilson lays down the gauntlet every time we play and challenged anyone on our team to step up and match her. Nobody has done it yet.

[57stratdawg]

Bibby playing well.

[Msubulldogfan1]

First lead of the game. Good ****.

[Msubulldogfan1]

Is bibby hot?

Also, wasn’t she a 5*? Or high 4?

[57stratdawg]

Should have been an over the back on Wilson

[BulldogBlitz]

Are they under contract to not call obvious stuff on Wilson? Schaefer gets squash.

[57stratdawg]

29-28 MSU at half. Tail of two quarters.

[thekimmer]

Should have been an over the back on Wilson

That was a criminal no call.

[PineGroveBully]

Hell she was basically spooning Blair on the way down.

[Msubulldogfan1]

I think SR is right, women’s officials are terrible all around.

I guess it’s be unreasonable to expect greatness from women’s college basketball officials to be great tho.

[Seinfeld]

Agreed. Even when she’s missing shots, she immediately commands double and triple teams, so a simple entry pass to her opens things up for everyone else.

Is that a pun? **

[Msubulldogfan1]

I need to proofread my posts more often. Sheesh.

[615dawg]

She was on the Australian junior national team. Not sure stars are given to international players

[KeyserSoze1999]

She's Australian model in the face...and Australian croc-wrestler in the body.**

[PineGroveBully]

Unless Blair gets some open looks or McCowans starts to really exert herself I don't know where the points are gonna come from to win this game.

[bulldogcountry1]

Every single possession, when Wilson need to get closer to the goal, she just lowers her shoulder.

[Msubulldogfan1]

We have to get McCowan the ball more.

[TBone.sixpack]

That’s a killer there. Throwing up prayers and banking them in.

This doensnt feel good at the moment. Need Blair to hit a few.

[FlotownDawg]

Shaq did that for a decade in the NBA. Refs don’t call that a foul on the big man.

[Shamoan]

She has had a bad couple of games inside missing a boatload of point blank shots. Her confidence has got to be pretty low.

[Philly Dawg]

It all started on the other end. We miss easy layups and don't get back on defense. That has accounted for about 25% of their points and maybe 3 of ours.

[paindonthurt_]

It’s the reseating that hurts the men
Just doesn’t affect the women
