The pre-sale is over. Once those who did pre-sale receive theirs, you should just be able to go your Tax Collector/Assessors Office and get one

I pre-bought but have not received email that tag is ready. Has anyone received any communication since buying?

I havent heard anything. I believe it'll be later in the Fall before they're ready for pickup
