Nashville Mayor just asked for all bars in the city to close until further notice. I’m predicting by Wednesday the whole country is going to follow suit like Italy and France and lock everything down

Unless there is a special endorsement on the policy, chances are this is not going to be covered using the Fungi/Bacteria exclusion found on almost all commercial policies.

Im asking this bc i genuinely dont know and want to—- if the govt shuts you down for whatever reason is that not covered typically?

I’m not a claims adjuster, but government shutdown wouldn’t be covered because it’s not a covered cause of loss under a standard policy. “Governmental Action” is excluded.
