Personally, that under Clinton we were trying to push this **** as criminal offenses for the DOJ to prosecute was absurd. Always believed that. Bush got it right in that regard. Treat them as enemy combatants and hold them as long as we’re at war with Islamic Jihad. Yemen is lucky we didn’t bomb them back a couple of years (they’re not far from the Stone Age now) for bombing the Cole. Clinton was a ***** and his wife a cvnt.
I don’t know about this case in particular, but extraordinary rendition was an abhorrent practice.

Your unwillingness or inability to process information rationally and formulate a cogent argument makes me think you suffer from PTSD. You should look into EMDR.
My thoughts on this have certainly evolved over time. In the beginning, I’d have been ok with carving people up to get information, but that’s definitely changed.
