Nagel is leading the B1G in recieving. If he keeps at this pace (realistically speaking, a hard task) what would you consider his NFL chances?

Anybody who leads the BIG in receiving has a decent shot at the NFL. Think Austin Carr. Scott Frost was very candid post-game about saying that Nebraska simply couldn't cover him. Flynn has excellent speed and he get's open. He had 220 yards receiving against UNL. (But GCG says his chances are not great, so we'll just have to wait and see.)

None of the Nebraska DBs will play on Sundays......
Actually, Lamar Jackson is decent, but he ended up not covering Flynn most of the time. The other corner, WIlliams, had a day reminiscent of our old Keystone Kops days at the position; when he wasn't beat, he held, and sometimes both on the same play...

I think you meant #23, Dicaprio Bootle, who had at least 2 PI penalties......

No,it was Williams, #24. Bootle had penaltes as well and played badly, but I think he was covering Jefferson more. They did play zone a lot as well, with fairly disastrois results...

About like Carr. Not going to get anyone to draft him high but he would get a chance in a camp

Perhaps he can flynagel his way into the NFL, like he flynageled 220 yards out of Nebraska!!! I'm betting on Flynn!
If he continues to have big games, I wonder if the home crowd could could call out FLYNAGEL! after every reception like they did THE BALL CARRIER! after JJ's runs. Things like that pump up the crowd when they work.

My kids already do that. He's been "Flynnnagel" ever since he joined the team.

Scott Frost mentioned on his weekly press conference that Nebraska doubled team Flynn on 25 snaps. Did little to slow him down!

Problem was, NU threw the ball 64 times, which means 39 snaps he was single covered!

Dang!!
