stayed at the Sandals Grande St Lucian Resort.....traveled to the other resorts on the island and definitely liked it the best (you get the play 3 for 1)

Here is my suggestion -

The Royal in Cancun is an amazing brand new resort in Cancun. Yes, I understand that cancun has a reputation for partying, etc but it is a great adults only resort.

Each room has a jacuzzi tube that you can see the ocean from along with a huge shower and amazing bed. Depending on when you are booking it will run about $400/night for all inclusive. However, I looked at all these destinations and realized that for the money you are going to get a much nicer room at this place and the flight to Cancun is much easier than down to Carribean. Memphis has direct flights to Cancun. Most Carribean flights go through ATL.

Finally, my advice is to relax on your honeymoon. Don't do anything - no need to jet ski and crap - just sit by the ocean, have people wait on you with drinks/ and love on your new wife.
