But it seems like the Womens game is Very Spurt oriented-one team than another

There are slightly more turnovers in WBB which can lead to spurts. And this tends to spike on highly contested, evenly matched games in conference. (Very few turnovers vs overmatched cupcakes, much more in conf games)
