I know it’s early in the season blab blab blab, but holy heck they look like crap! Lemonis needs to get some things straightened out. No.1 need some serious batting practice. No.2 some serious fielding practice. That top of the 6th inning was ridiculous. We’ve hit the ball like we are lost and a bunch little leaguers!

The fact that a .175 hitter is still batting 6th shows you just how terrible this lineup has been. It is incredible how a group that was supposed to be one of the better hitting teams in the country can’t figure out high school level pitching. Completely baffled by 85 mph fastballs a 76 mph change ups

He knew he wasn’t gonna hit it when he walked up there. He was a beaten man, when Logan Tanner flew out to Right. His head was so screwed up, he couldn’t do anything but watch the sweeping curve, and then he expected it again and watched a fastball right down the middle to set up the big sweeper that ended in the other batters box but he swung anyway.

It’s bad when 2/3 of your lineup is below .200. I don’t really understand what is happening, but we look like hot garbage at the plate. Foscue is really the only guy who is consistently hitting the ball, and he’s not going to get many good pitches to look at with what we are doing, offensively.

i honestly can’t remember the last time we strung together 3-4 hits in an inning.
