We need a coach with energy, enthusiasm, experience, and swagger.
4-3 or 4-2-5 defenses.

I don't give a **** what scheme we do as long as we stop people. When AU is gashing us for 8 yards a carry you have to put in another down lineman. Against Houston I have no problems with 3 D Linemen. First you stop the run and if they passing you are not giving the QB enough time to make it to his second check down. This will take a sorry secondary to all stars. I just cannot imagine not making adjustments during the AU game. Even on the first few drives where they did not score, they moved the ball easy and we came up with stops somehow.
