I didn't say it's impossible. It's always possible someone was intentionally leaked to for some reason, or overheard something, or that an inexperienced low-level staff member is screwing up. I said that in my last post on the subject.All I can say is you are one cynical person. Serious question for you. When this whole “next coach and staff” situation is complete and let’s say there is a name who NO ONE ever mentioned on these boards but a few- as I will categorize them - insiders knew of the interest by said person would that change your thinking on maybe some do have a handle on what’s going on
If information isn't yet intended for public consumption, and Hobbs (or whoever) sees that information being spread to the public, there will be a very short list of people who were privy to the information and those people are unlikely to ever be trusted again - and could even lose their jobs.
That alone makes the whole "my source told me" thing extremely suspect. In Journalism, such things are supposed to be corroborated. Yet, as we've all seen, media outlets get things wrong all the time. And they're pros.
I think I'm less a cynic and more a skeptic.
