The media's ability to interoperate a report on polls is weak. It's why people think 2016 polls were bad, the media didnt understand what they were actually showing.

It is too early to say if it has hit his approvals or not. We would need at least a week from the report to see actual movement in multiple polls to say for sure. 3 points in either direction from one week to another is noise until it can be replicated through several polls.
