Wanna make a bet that there will be some crazy rightwingers who make a claim that Mueller is looking to find something because he’s a Democrat plant from the Clinton deepstate machine?

It probably had no basis in the fact that the prosecutors team was lined with democrat donors including a former Clinton campaign lawyer.

Mueller is a special prosecutor. If he uncovers criminal activity on the part of the President he wouldn't refer the case to a district court, he'd refer it to the DOJ and the AG to determine if it should be sent to Congress for prosecution.(impeachment)
Mueller is Special Counsel. He works for the DOJ under the oversight of the AG. He is authorized to investigate matters related to the election and Russia’s interference. He can also refer matters to the SDNY, just like he did with Cohen on the bank fraud and election fraud.
I thought he could prosecute any crimes he found along the way...i mean that was your claim...but yet he didnt prosecute Trump so now your story changed.

True, but you specifically mentioned the President. If Mueller found criminal activity on the part of the President the SDNY is not the jurisdiction that would handle it. It's Congress. House and Senate. House would indict (impeach) and the Senate would conduct a potential trial. It's the President. The DOJ can't indict a sitting President---he runs the DOJ...they work for him!

That’s the 64 million dollar question to be answered by the judicial branch, not the legislative branch. I hope it gets answered during this President’s term.
It's already been answered country...by the Constitution! That's why we have impeachment proceedings.

OK country...then link me to the last DOJ to indict a sitting U.S.President in the courts. I'll hang up and wait.
The wording isn't there, but the process for prosecuting a President charged with "high crimes and misdemeanors" is in there country!

I'll be happy to answer your question after Mueller tells us what crime Trump's committed? Do you know? What's U.S. statutory law regarding "collusion"? Isn't that what Mueller's spent the past two years looking for, or did I miss the actual crime he was appointed to investigate?
