The difference in skill, ability, and professionalism is so broad as to be un-comparable with Barr winning any comparison. Barr is appropriately acknowledged as a very intelligent and accomplished adult while Mueller was on display as a mumbling, confused, irrational, unskilled, washed up buffoon figure head of a hoax investigation.
