Doug Collins, R-Ga., focused his questions on the former Special Counsel's findings that the investigation did not establish any conspiracy between President Trump and Russia. Collins asked Mueller if "conspiracy" and "collusion" were colloquially the same thing, and Mueller said no. Collins then quoted Mueller's own report, which indicated otherwise.
So if what you say is true then Mueller will be charged with perjury and go to jail. I guess we'll see who's lying (again) before too long.

Obstruction would be something like Trump destroying emails that Mueller is requesting or has under subpoena.
So, you are going on the record to say officially that Mueller will be charged with perjury
Jordan and company will request and recommend, but it will die there, like all of the others have.
In the case of why he never charged Trump with "obstruction" citing DOJ guidelines...he clearly lied about that because there was no such restriction preventing him from indicting the President for a crime he committed or was suspected of committing. He says that's why he didn't charge him. That's a lie.
