That is a large part of USM's problem.

You guys are funny. If you really want to compare the series history, especially in the 80's, bring it on. Of course the loss to LaTech is far more current and relevant. USM starts a series with LaTech next year. Pay attention, you will see a Mississippi school show you how to beat them. Now we don't play Maine, so can't help you there
Rice won ten games last year. They would have beat MSU.biguglykidjoe said:

Rice Owls 2007

That is the 2007 season you have linked. USM did lose to those teams at the first of the season. When Fedora's system on defense finally caught on, USM went from 2-6 to finish 7-6. The wins over ECU and Troy were solid wins in that stretch.NavinJohnson said:Orpheus said:patdog said:And 4 of the last 7 times?

Last season, LaTech was rated higher than Marshall, UTEP, and Memphis, three teams that beat USM.
In 2007, Conference USA was rated the #11 conference, just below the Southern Conference, A I-AA CONFERENCE.

How about 10 out of the last 14???patdog said:And 4 of the last 7 times?

Does Houston still text his ***** in Fayetteville before games. If so, OM should be ashamed. By the way Reb, Omaha is nice, a shame your team chokes and can't get there.HamilReb said:Does USM still use that? If so, they should be ashamed.
Ok, lets talk **** about now. USM has is one of 4 teams in FCS that has 15 straight winning seasons. USM has been to bowl games 11 out of the last 12 years. So lets talk some **** Virgil. How many consecutive winning seasons does MSU have and how many bowl games has MSU been to in the last 12 years? You wanted to talk some **** Virgil, so lets talk.VirgilCain said:Let me get this straight you want to talk **** about things that happened 30 years ago... AND you are talking **** about "wins" that haven't even happened yet.
pretty weak **** talking, actually i dont think that even counts as **** talking
USM did manage to ***** slap OM into running and hiding from USM when they were playing. Anyway, like I said, Omaha is really nice. A shame your baseball team is such a bunch of choke artists.HamilReb said:As long as he doesn't beat up taxi cab drivers.
Anyway, that slogan is a !$+!+## joke. USM has a better than average football team. But if you think they are on the same level as
a OM or State you are not realistic. Either of us would rape your schedule. When your team plays in a BCS conf. then you can talk.
Until then, enjoy getting beat by Rice.
