The 2 seed was already in their hands. But we can now take a loss and still get the 3 seed. Avoiding the 4 seed is huge because you avoid UCLA until the championship.

Illinois feels like it's going to be tough game given all the factors...huge senior Sunday win against top 5 team, let down game heading into season finale, and Illinois is actually really good. Also playing for B10 tourney seeding.
