Man is Iowa slow. So boring to watch. Once we get our lines fixed we will score at will.
Easy now. You're talking about playing the Brad Tucker annointed big west champs that might play in Indianapolis

With the returning players they should be favored to win the west and contend for the CCG.

You don't know who is returning yet, it's possible that Hockenson, Nelson, and Hooker will all declare for the NFL. If that happens, Iowa will not be very good next year. They would lose a lot on defense and all of their top receivers on offense. They also have to play Nebraska, Wisconsin, Northwestern, and Michigan all on the road.

Minnesota has a cupcake conference schedule next year, and they played really well down the stretch this year, so they might be a sleeper next year. Wisconsin has a tough schedule. I don't know how much Northwestern has returning, but their schedule isn't too tough either, so it wouldn't surprise me if they are the favorites in the west next year.

Just the way you draw it up if you're a DB:

"Hey if this ball hits the receiver in the chest, then he bobbles it 2-3 times and keeps it in the air, I'm gonna be in perfect position for a pick!"
Don't worry about getting beat by the receiver.....

Big Ten West finishes its fourth consecutive winning bowl season:
  • 2015-16: 3-2
  • 2016-17: 3-2
  • 2017-18: 4-0
  • 2018-19: 4-1
That's 14-5 over the past four years. Yes, they haven't played the top competition, but I think we can put to rest the idea that the division is "bad." It has no marquee programs, but it has several good programs. For Nebraska, that means we don't have an insurmountable peak to climb, but it means we'll have to scramble over a lot of bodies to get there.

I wonder if they let that receiver ride home on the plane? Joking. I bet that kid is absolutely sick. One of those things that will be extremely hard to get over IF this is the end of his playing career. Not sure what grade he is or if he has a future in FB
