I went to Starkville for the 2016 game. All their fans I interacted with were really nice.

I also learned that a State fan isn't supposed to buy a cowbell. That's something that must be given to you.

LOL!! At 1:42 on the 'game clock', we run an option. Sellers has positive yardage down to the 23, and then makes the pitch...backwards 5yds. The RB ended up gaining an extra 2yds beyond what Sellers had, down to the 21....just thought that was funny.

I'd love to know how this serves as a predictive model. My guess is not well. But I do remember in 2013 Garent and Black Attack simmed a triple overtime come from behind against Mizzou. That was weird.

To be quite honest, we earned that reputation from 1860-1960, and we still have our problems......now, we prefer that label....it keeps folks from moving here.....Mississippi is a wonderful place to live and raise a family....Ive been in 47 states, and 13 countries over 4 continents.....Ill take Mississippi all day long

I've spent a little, very little, time in Mississippi and I thought it was very nice. Like any state, it has places that are better than others.

I will say, anyone who lives in SC and issues blanket condemnations of any other state needs to refer to the "stones and glass houses" saying. I spend a good bit of time in SC and the Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson area is nice and the coast is wonderful, Columbia/Camden area is a pretty good area overall. However, there is a lot of the state that is pretty much third world.
