where bost was benched for a few minutes late in the game, because of a turnover or bad shot or something. i thought stans let him sit WAY too long. our best chances to score (in the half-court) are when bost starts out high, gets a high screen, then can penetrate, kick out, get to the rim, or hit the screener rolling to the basket.
the problem is when the ball goes into stewart's hands, bost might as well be on the bench. and that's probably what you're seeing - even though bost is in, we get the ball to stewart up top, and let him go to work - which usually ends up in (a) a brick, (b) an off balance fade away, or (c) both a and b.
that said, bost is only a freshman. i really think he takes games over next year. and i think stans is becoming more and more comfortable with him having the ball late in games.
