First things first, I hate MSM. In theory, all journalism should be independent contractors. As soon as you provide consolidation of any sort: group think, culture, editorial, advertising, corporation bleeds into the decision process making the output subjective.
It’s terrible to have media consolidation of any kind left or right. Thank goodness most people are now keen to what’s happening and will only grow as the boomers die off.
Best thing for CNN and any mega media company for THE PEOPLE of the US is to become an employee owned company. Otherwise, it will be a hemorrhaging asset. We’ll see more “transparency” via less left leaning content but it doesn’t mean it’s any good.
I’ll celebrate when they all die their corporate owned deaths.
This graph better be a lesson to pubs. Even the Dems are holding their small minority together. The freakin Pubs are so afraid of legit reform that should benefit some Dems and it’s gonna crush them long term.

This morning, Apple News put Politico’s full-screen image of Chuck Schumer with a sign claiming Republicans blocked TSA funding “8 times” in front of its reportedly 125 million users.
Republicans in the Senate need to get real about what sport they’re playing. They don’t have a messaging problem. They have a distribution problem. When polling suggests Republicans are to blame for TSA lines, this distribution bias is why.
So the current reality is this:
1. One side controls mass information distribution
2. The other side is constraining itself by the supermajority rules
3. 100+ million Americans are seeing one version of the story
This mismatch is not sustainable, politically.
Democrats do not care about election security, TSA lines or homeland defense, and they simply don’t need to. Apple does the work for them.
Senate Republicans could fold like they normally do or they could change the Senate rules to allow for up-or down simple majority votes on national security and election security legislation.
The latter is fast becoming their only option out of this.
They are definitely the enemy of the people.
