Nah it's not that it's a lack of talent it's a lack of Joe knowing how to be a HC. He's a coordinator. We were pretty bad when we went 6-6 and a Music City Bowl and we went 5-7 Dan's second to last year. Those teams were significantly worse than this team

We're going to underachieve until Joe knows how to be a HC. At least he can recruit and we have some good athletes so when they finally get good coaching we should be pretty good. Not sure if that happens under Joe or not.
