Will he do the right thing and step down after his comments yesterday, or will he continue to try to undermine our country with his foolishness?

I'm sure he'll step down for commenting on the issue right after Hillary does for actually trying to rig the election.

Man, you guys have really lost perspective. It's embarassing. Trumps an ***, there is no question, but you all are attacking him and Hillary and the DNC are the ones that ACTUALLY did the deed. Liberal logic, smh.

And you won't look at the facts.

Fact, we're at proxy war with Russia over the Ukraine. Fact, Russia nabbed the Crimea from the Ukraine as a reprisal after the people of Ukraine ousted his puppet, Viktor Yanukovych. Fact, Viktor Yanukovych's politcal campaigns were managed by one Paul Manacort, a man known for working with some very shady characters overseas in his career. Fact, Paul Manacort has remained close with Yanukovych, in his sometime employee until 2011, and in contact with him as he became Governor of the Donetsk Region in the breakway regions of Eastern Ukraine. Fact, Paul Manacort is Donald Trump's current campaign manger and has been involved with the campaign since from early on.

Now, if Manacort is that tight with, and a former key advisor to Putin's handpicked man in Ukraine in the largest crisis in Europe since WWII, and that man is key to Putin's instigated civil war, don't you think Manacort and Putin are fairly good terms? Don has been yapping about cutting a deal with Putin and how he admires the guy for a year. Hey, if there's smoke there's fire, and there's smoke here.

Are the Russians behind the DNC release? It's been confirmed in the tech world by tracking a hacker involved who calls himself Guccifer 2.0 and his Cyrillic email headers, but not publicly as it's politically sensitive. This is the kind of stuff countries go to war over, yet Trump tries to bloviate his way around it. Did the Russians do this to sway the election? Who knows? Did they do it to embarrass the United States during a Presidential campaign? You betcha.

What Trump did yesterday was show his contempt for anything but himself, including his country. That his campaign has ties to the man, the country, and war that set this mess off is contemptible. That he praises the tinhorn dictator and speaks of appeasing him is beyond the pale. He should step down. Mike Pence is good American and would be a good candidate.

If we've learned anything over the last couple of weeks, there could be a full flown 5 alarm fire and it doesn't matter. I don't care if he goes down, doesn't bother me in the least, still doesn't change the reality that the DNC got caught manipulating the election. Russians or no Russians, they exposed yet another Clinton scandal to the American people and this one is on-par with Nixon and Watergate. They may have hacked the DNC, they may have hacked Clinton herself. What they didn't do was influence the Primary. That was all Clinton and the DNC. Keep that in mind.

You claim to be a Marine but you don't give a flying **** when someone running for President is snuggling up with our enemy and calling for more? A campaign who is tight with a dictator who has threatened to nuke us on at least two occasions in the past four years?

I'll dig a hole in the sand, you come on over and stick your head in it. Wise up.

I believe the comment was more sarcastic than literal. I mean, Hilliary claimed to have lost 33,000 emails, I believe it was more tongue in cheek comment. Our govt can't find them, maybe the Russians have them. This would also allude to the fact that Hilliary and the Dems non secure server was hacked by a foreign govt. That in itself, is a bigger problem. Not that someone encouraged them to do it. You liberals are ignoring the real problem, Hilliary and the DNC should have used more conventional ways to communicate that couldn't be hacked.

I saw the comment and heard him double down on it later in the day. When Manafort was asked on ABC if he knew if Trump had ties in Russia he locked like he'd seen a ghost and managed to mumble a twitchy "I don't know".

The issue is the Trump campaign is tight with the Russians and the Russians are involved in two proxy wars with us. That's the ultimate betrayal.

I see Bru likes this post. Very hypocritical of him considering this is exactly the type of behavior he would chastise someone on the right for.

I don't claim to be a Marine. I am a Marine and I've fought and killed and buried friends for my country.

You all holding this stance and back someone who was party to assisting the world's biggest threat in China in the late 90s. Forgive me if I don't take you seriously as you've shown you have a complete inability to process sarcasm and have lost the bubble on reality when you can't differentiate between someone making light of a situation and it would seem the party/candidate you support colluding on rigging a primary election.

I'm sorry Hillary was first lady in the 1990's. Are you going to tell me Pat Nixon was in on the invasion of Cambodia, or Nancy Reagan had a direct role in getting those Marines blown up in Beruit? Get a grip on reality.

what Trump said wasn't sarcasm, although he's been trying to spin that way since last night. He said it seriously and then he double down on it later. That doesn't seem like sarcasm, that seems like a guy who got caught with his pants down and can't get 'em back 'em back up fast enough. He's made his bed with Putin's lil' buddy as his campaign manager, he can lie in it for a change. Hell, you had to know an unstable character like Trump was eventually going to pop his cork. He's going to get beat with this stick from now to November. He can lick his wounds after he gets run over.

Bye Don, it's been fun watching you.

This is the same behavior I saw in Arch Moore's office in the weeks before he lost to Gaston Caperton. Followers too blind to see the fall. They thought they were going to win until the night of the election.

The Presidential race was transformed with Trump's over the top antics yesterday and his connections to Russia starting to come forth. This race has been turned into a referendum on Trump and he won't have numbers to win it.

Good Grief! Snuggle up? Tight with a dictator? (unless, you are talking about Hillary being tight with someone desiring to be a dictator named OBAMA). Would you care to write something in which you exaggerate? Trump was poking fun at the DNC and jabbing Hillary for her e-mail fiasco and unlawfulness with compromising security.

********. He got caught and his campaign manager plays footsie with real dictators, not the ones you dream up in your imagination.

I haven't exaggerated, it's just hard for true believers to deal with the fact that their hero's have feet of clay. I hope you wake up before it's too late.

Of the two candidates, we know one of them has taken money from Russian Oligarchs, and that one is involved with the Clinton Foundation.
