Nope. Game time temp was actually 49 degrees. Keep in mind people, this the coldest Super Bowl played in outdoors. Super Bowls played in city's with dome stadiums don't count.Meadowlands not too long ago
Bingo! New Orleans Tulane Stadium in Jan. of '72 (1971 season) when the Cowboys played the Dolphins in 39 degree weather. Good job.New Orleans 1972.. Tulane Stadium??
Green bay? Was every super bowl at a neutral field?
49er's played the Dolphins in Super XIX (Jan. 1985) in Stanford Stadium in Stanford or Palo Alto, CA. Part of the greater San Fran metro area. About 15-20 miles from old Candlestick Park were the 49er's used to play.I heard or read the other day that so far, no Super Bowl has been in the stadium of one of the teams. The Minnesota Vikings were the closest to getting to the Super Bowl played at the Vikings stadium a few years ago. One other team (San Fran I believe) played in a Super Bowl in their area - I believe it was that they played in a Super Bowl in the Rose Bowl.
