I haven't read anywhere that the new staff has contacted Montrell Conner. Is he still committed?

He has some concerns about being a power back coming into a spread offense, but I don't think he's talked with Mullen yet.

be a great thing to have in a spread offence? Especially if he can catch the football. Middle screens, third option dumps. Mullen wants to get the ball to guys in space and create mismatches. A power back catching a ball in the flats does that.

talked to a guy from Ouachita HS at La. State championships that says Conner is still coming to State
