That would give Brennan satisfaction to follow the guy that wouldn't even give him an interview. He might have salvaged Montgomery's career as a Head Coach if he was allowed promotions.

Another example of his unwillingness to adapt.... Clearly Hugh Freeze has terminology that is used within his team structure; he's the boss after all.... What does Monty do? He comes in and immediately installs the offense utilizing his terminology with no regard or consideration for the man he's working for. Well, the **** show was clearly on from the start and the $3 million buyout is far more than is deserved.
