Mostly correct. From my understanding, for basketball it only guarantees lower bowl for pre-conference games. Baseball offers seats on all weekends except SBW. But I believe it will have a specific section they want you to sit in.

Per the video they showed you may be sitting in a seat and that ticketholder shows up. They say to just move to another open seat.

No. You would have to move if the original
holder wanted to use it. It specifically says that in the video posted

Somewhat off topic - but I was surprised that halfway through the first half of the FIU game that they didn't announce anyone sitting in the upper level could come down to the lower level.

The $65 pass is only for non-conference. There’s a $185 option that is full season, however. Either way, I unfortunately don’t think anyone will need to worry about lower seats being available at any point. Our fan base continues to seem completely checked out on men’s basketball

You aren’t guaranteed a chairback seat for baseball. It’s basically a general admission ticket if chairbacks aren’t available.
