His career here is more than 9 games. It is amazing people are so short sighted. What he has accomplished here is short of miraculous
you are right on target--the sad part is that ,whoever is our coach, these same fans will jump off the bandwagon after any loss

The only thing that matters to me is we have minimal players he can rotate in that can rebound, defend and score

..and they're winning.

Minnesota will finish 12th or worse in the B1G....I think they'll finish last, once all is said and done, assuming Baker plays to a normal standard by January. Penn State isn't good, neither is Minnesota.....

Like what?
I’ve been around big time sports for 60 years.
No coach has ever done what he did, creating expectations like he did was absurd
Wonder if that was his ego talking to Young,Johnson & Mathis ….essentially 50% of his starting team last year?

We lost to Lafayette. At home. I honestly don’t know what you’re seeing, that most of us aren’t seeing, which makes you think that we are the team that finishes last place in conference play. So far, I am miserably stunned at how bad we look, so I’ve got us at #14. Pray to God that this team somehow, someway turns this disaster around and proves me wrong.

You are overestimated what the bottom 4 or 5 teams are really like.

We did handle relatively easy Clemson at home, without Geo. Clemson I'd think is a notch above the bottom 1/3 of the B1G.

1)F Jamison Battle(6'7 So) 2 yrs GWU, Minnesota, 38 min
2)G Peyton Willis(6'4 Sr) 2 yrs Vandy, 2 yrs Minn, CofCharleston, Minn, 36 min
3)G EJ Stephens(6'3 Sr) 4 yrs Lafayette, Minn 36 min
4)G Sean Sutherlin(6'5 Sr) 2yrs juco, UNH, sat out 2020-21, Minn, 19 min
5)F Eric Curry(6'9 Sr.) 6 years Minnesota(2017 med-RShirt, 2019-inj) 28 min, 7th?
6)G Luke Loewe(6'4 Sr) 4 years CW&M, Minn, 35 min
7)F Charlie Daniels(6'9 Sr) 2 yrs juco, 2 years SF Austin, Minn, 11 min

Next guy played only 15 total minutes.

The way the B1G refs call games, they are playing with fire using a 7 player rotation. It may work early in the B1G schedule but foul trouble or something unforeseen will cost them multiple games.

Let’s hope so. I’ve seen every B1G team play at least once, and IMO, right now, we are clearly the last place team.

I don't follow recruiting so I can't help you.
Recruiting has been and always will be one of the most important responsiblities of a coaching staff especially in a power conference.Mediocre recruiting combined with poor levels of player development has caused the poor start this season. There were high hopes at the beginning of the season which quicjkly has changed as fans have seen the team perform.

You are just proving the points everyone js making. No big man development sans Cliff. No one on the horizon. Guards a dime a dozen but we’ve missed every one that can shoot.
Myles became Big Ten Defensive player of the year. How’s that for development?
