Rhule needs to settle for any 3 he can get. I'm not confident in our ability in taking care of the football. Friday night at Minnesota. If we play clean, we win 38-14. Turn it over they probably kick a fg at the end to beat us.

The line has been all over the place.

As high as -9.5 (I think) and back down to -7.5?

we will be making quick scores. seems the last time minn did'nt run up and down the feild was 83
Minnesota's rushing yardage as the season has progressed:

153 Buffalo
258 Northwestern STATE
130 California
35 Rutgers
68 Ohio St
30 Purdue

If Nebraska allows 250 yards v Minnesota, the Key Grip needs to hit John Butler in the face, really hard.

My more positive thoughts are that both the MSU and Maryland games were mini letdown games because we played like dogcrap in the third quarters. Hopefully the team is motivated to play a complete game and bury someone. We'll see!
Just rewatched the Maryland game, really should have been closer to a blowout. They really aren’t that good

I'm going further off the reservation. The difference in team speed in this game will be obvious. Nebraska learned it can come back from a deficit while realizing it shouldn't have allowed it to be so close in the first place. Raiola knows he got away with slinging some crap around the back yard. Holgorsen is feeling a little more confident and we're seeing some new wrinkles. Butler has shown the ability to adjust on the fly. I like it.

Big win.
I would love to see the Huskers beat the Fleck boys by 27 points, but I am going with Red (I guess White this week) 31 Gold 24 (I rewatched the game Maryland game last night. I think it was Dylan's last INT. He could have hit Mozee coming out of the backfield with an easy pass for a 5–7-yard gain instead of throwing the ball into a defender.)

Good thing I didn't predict Nebraska to win by 17.

It will always be line superiority first and foremost in this league. We had a better gameplan against Maryland for our shortcomings on the offensive side.

The forecast looks nice, so weather shouldn't be an issue.

Historically, Nebraska comes out a couple times a year completely unready to play. The PSU/Rhule distraction provides the perfect opportunity to lose focus.

As always, when it comes to this program, I'll believe it when I see it. I'd love to be wrong.

31-24 Minnesota

If the gophers have 250 yards on the ground, Nebraska isn't making it to 42
Depends on if it is 250 yards on 15 rushes or 50... 15 Rushes they will be big runs and quick, means still plenty possessions to get 42... 50 rushes, we will only get the ball 6 or 7 times.

This is just one of those stupid games where you want to have a 10 point lead in the 4th, so that you don't have to worry about something lame happening.

So many of these Big Ten teams are happy to lose close games.
