That was a psycho who killed his entire family, not a public shooting
I know you are likely very empathetic to that sort of heinous act (psychos killing their family)
So some dude lives in government assisted housing who has flashed a gun at multiple residents goes postal and kills multiple people and tries to take out a couple of cops. Seems about right. Meanwhile a local news anchor doing an on scene report has a Somali flashing gang signs behind her. Yep. Good ole Minneapolis. I long for the days when the secular bloods and crips fought it out in Hennepin County.
