6 hours of no pads/no helmet walk-throughs, 6 hours of team meetings and 8 hours of strength and conditioning work and/or film review.

Aug 7 will begin regular fall camp.

This is the next phase of hopefully getting to watch some Husker football in September.

This is what he meant by that, not all I one day, it’s throughout the week.

“The allowance now makes way for up to eight hours of weight training and conditioning per week, and up to six hours of walk-throughs using a football, as well as six hours of meetings (film review, team meetings, position meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.).”

“While the next two weeks amount to walk-through situations, it could prove valuable for the Huskers with younger players in particular, including at the skilled positions on offense where some newcomers will need to be heard from immediately“
