it's not speculation, it's slander. at a time when NU has an AD who actually has the Huskers on the brink of national relevance again in football and for the first time ever in basketball if he hires Hoiberg, you're spouting nonsense heard 3rd hand.

speculate all you want about the impact of potential new coaches on the team or whatever, but continuing to baselessly attack a man's character who's done nothing but good things for the state and university you cheer for is disgusting.

Moos hires Hoiberg, he's got a real good argument for best AD in NU history in less than 2 years of work. we're lucky to have him.

Going to have to re-evaluate both hires in five years. Hopefully he will go down as the best ever. It is still premature to speculate. That includes the football hire as well. It does look good though. However nothing is a sure thing, including coach Frost ( although he will probably be as close as a sure thing as one can get) Things look bright though, depending on the basketball hire.

None of this would have been brought up if Bounds wouldn’t have retired before yesterday..

Hang in there Scarlet. Haters gonna hate. Your speculations were perfectly valid. The fact is, the firing of Miles is a separate issue from whether or not significant boosters are upset with Moos. So we will see in time if any of these rumors have legs
