Miles Bridges will be one of the best players in the country next season, but if we're being honest, the kid is staying another year at a huge risk to his future. Odds are the kid will not get injured, but you never know. If Miles came to Kentucky, we all know he would have left after just one year, after winning the national championship. I can't really complain about the way Cal recruits. The dude brings in major talent year after year and Kentucky wins a bunch of games and most years Kentucky has a legit shot of making the final four and most of the time we're actually nationally title contenders. What more can you ask for? It is probably true playing for Kentucky and Cal you are expected to leave after your freshman year of college basketball, but you know what? It terms of bringing in the most talent year after year, it seems to be working. The day Cal decides to leave Kentucky is the day the fans that dream of keeping the players all four years will figure out that it wasn't so bad the way Cal recruited while coaching Kentucky basketball. Until that day, enjoy the ride.
